One random winner. Every Friday.

We monitor the tagged posts and shared content all week. Every Friday we draw one name at random from everyone who participated, and send them a gift card from our weekly rotating pool of local Langley businesses - cafés, restaurants, shops, services. One winner per week, all the way through the draw.

Winners contacted via DM at the end of the week · Open to BC residents 19+ · One prize per person per week.

We check our notifications and the hashtag feed every day, but you make it easier on yourself by following these.

    Your profile must be public - if it's private, we can't see your post.

    The hashtag goes in the caption on Facebook, or as a hashtag sticker on an Instagram Story - not only in a comment.

    Don't delete it before Friday - we draw at end-of-week and verify before contacting the winner.

    Once per platform per week - posting the same thing five times in a day still counts as one entry.

Rules of Play

1. Tickets

  • Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.
  • Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

2. 50/50

  • BC Gaming Event Licence #160718.
  • 3 for $20.00 - 15,000 tickets
  • 10 for $50.00 - 30,000 tickets
  • 30 for $100.00 - 75,000 tickets
  • The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold.
  • Maximum 50/50 payout will be $250,000.00.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

  • Final ticket sales deadline: August 16, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT.
  • 50/50 draw: August 20, 2026, at 12:00:00 p.m. PDT.
  • If for some reason the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
  • Draw will be held at Derek Doubleday Arboretum, 21177 Fraser Highway, Langley, BC.
  • The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
  • All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.
  • Winners will be posted online at https://langleyrotarymegadraw.com/winners on August 20, 2026.

4. Winner

  • Winner will be contacted by phone by the Rotary Clubs of Langley Sunrise.
  • Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
  • If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
  • No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Rotary Clubs of Langley Sunrise or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

  • Rotary Clubs of Langley Sunrise does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

  • Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing jmorfitt@telus.net. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Delay in Draw

  • Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

8. Other

  • Please email our team at jmorfitt@telus.net should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
